EVSRC REOPENING PLAN: WHAT’S NEW?

We are fully operational during this time. We are committed to creating a safe and healthy environment for both our clients and our practitioners. As such, we have developed protocols that we would like you to follow during your clinic visits. Please read through them below prior to your visit, and if you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

Arrive on time to decrease crowding in our waiting room

Wash your hands and try to use the washroom at home before you come to the clinic

Check in with front desk immediately upon entering building

Come fully dressed in proper attire (treatment wear will NOT be available)

Please do not bring family members unless absolutely necessary (They can wait outside OR in vehicle)

Please bring your own face mask and PPE as needed (we will provide level 3 masks if necessary)

Stay home if sick and please notify us (or showing any signs or symptoms)

Be prepared to answer questions at the front desk as additional screening

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES::

Complete the COVID-19 waiver that is emailed to you before your session

Bring your own personal reusable or disposable mask, and wash your hands and use the washroom before coming to the clinic for your session.

Arrive at the start time for your session and enter front door. If you are early, please wait in your car until your session time

Walk in on time and report to the reception/front desk to pay and go through screening questions

Head to the washroom as directed to wash hands. (The door will always be open)

Go to the assigned treatment room that you were directed to by the reception.

Once your session is complete, discuss when you will have your next session then wash hands

Leave out of the side building door within the clinic to keep traffic flowing in one direction

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU (AND US) SAFE:

Our staff will always be wearing face masks in the clinic

Commercial grade plexiglass barrier has been installed at our reception desk

We have ordered CDC approved cleaner and are cleaning all rooms, areas, surfaces, and touch points before, during, and after each patient and shift

We have removed all non-essential items from common areas such as magazines etc

We have removed the couch in our waiting area and spaced out all chairs

We are using a fog Disinfectant for DEEP Clean of the clinic

Installed Air Purifiers throughout the clinic

Assigned rooms for therapists to prevent multiple therapists using one room

Installed Floor markers with social distancing recommendations

Clinicians are required to bring separate work clothes to change into and then take their work clothes home for immediate wash, so not to cross contaminate the clinic or their home

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or rescheduling due to the patient feeling sick will have our cancellation fees waived at this time.
